We’ve recently started on an exciting new project to refurbish a facility in the city centre for Hull Training & Adult Education and Learning & Development.
In conjunction with our supply partner Geo Houlton we have developed the project and are currently overseeing the delivery of the multi-floor interior refurbishment of a tower block on George Street, which will give Hull Training & Adult Education the ability to move services from several locations into one central hub, and provide improved facilities for the Learning & Development team.
Works commenced in October 2025 and are scheduled for handover in September 2026.
