An extension to create new space for Hull College students at the Derek Crothall site on George Street in Hull City Centre is progressing quickly.
We’re project managing the construction of an extension within a courtyard area, integrating seamlessly with the existing sports hall, where students will enter through a newly formed entrance off George Street into the self-contained space.
The structure is now formed and is watertight, so our contractor Houlton is now progressing on the internal fit out, including mechanical and electrical works and internal remodeling works on the existing building.
Once completed, the project will give Hull College students two new learning spaces and a gym, which will be in the heart of the city centre and easy to access.
The project is on track to be completed later this year.
