New facilities for Hull Training

We’ve recently started on an exciting new project to refurbish a facility in the city centre for Hull Training and Adult Education and Hull City Council Learning and Development.

We’ll be project managing the multi-floor interior refurbishment of a tower block on George Street, which will give Hull Training the ability to move services from several locations into one central hub, and provide better facilities for the Learning and Development team.

The tower block is currently empty, so it’ll give better utilization of space, and give the end users some great new facilities to work from.

Work has now started on the strip out of the original interior of the building, with refurbishment to take place throughout 2026.
