We’ve partnered with Hull City Council in conjunction with our partners Houlton to develop a project that will improve the education facilities in Hull.
Following the development of the scheme, we’re now eroject managing the construction phase to create two new learning spaces and a gym for Hull College students, all in the heart of the city centre.
This project will take the form of a new extension within an existing courtyard area, integrating seamlessly with the existing sports hall, where students will enter through a newly formed entrance off George Street into the self-contained space.
Work begins in April by contractors Houlton, with the facilities ready to use by students in autumn 2025.
